Vineyards with an average age of 40 years, located in the lieu-dit Les Pontaix, north of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. The vineyards are situated on a south-facing clay-limestone hillside. After careful harvesting, fermentation, and pressing, the wine is aged in 500-liter barrels (demi-muids).

About Dom. Fayolle
Domaine Fayolle is located in the heart of Gervans (Northern Côtes du Rhône), north of Valence. It is a region full of beautiful panoramic views. Today, the estate is run by Céline Nodin and Laurent Fayolle, brother and sister and sixth-generation winegrowers. The estate covers 10 hectares of vineyards and features a beautiful vaulted cellar where the wines are aged in oak barrels. Since 2022, they have been certified in organic viticulture.
