Vinification
60-year-old vines. A steep granite hillside in the territory of the Crozes-Hermitage commune, where the vineyards grow on sandy-loam soils. After careful harvesting, pressing, and fermentation, part of the wine is aged in large oak barrels, adding body and complexity, while the other part is aged in stainless steel tanks, preserving fruit and freshness.

About Dom. Fayolle
Domaine Fayolle is located in the heart of Gervans (Northern Côtes du Rhône), north of Valence. It is a region full of beautiful panoramic views. Today, the estate is run by Céline Nodin and Laurent Fayolle, brother and sister and sixth-generation winegrowers. The estate covers 10 hectares of vineyards and features a beautiful vaulted cellar where the wines are aged in oak barrels. Since 2022, they have been certified in organic viticulture.
