Van deze wijn zijn amper 2000 flessen geproduceerd. Een lage opbrengst van de wijngaard geeft betere kwaliteit, met deze Les Garettes probeert men de allerbeste wijn te maken die de Syrah wijngaard te bieden heeft. De helderrode, volle en geurige wijn met vers en gekonfijt rood fruit, heeft een nuance van mooi eikenhout en kruidige tonen in het aroma. De volle smaak is soepel, rond en aromatisch met veel lengte.

About Secret Vineyards
In May 2012, four friends were sitting around a table enjoying good food and a few excellent bottles of wine. The evening was brightened by opera, with a performance by the renowned soprano Noémie Schellens. It was that night that the idea for these wines was born. One of the wines was naturally named “Noémie”, as she was the crystal-voiced singer who accompanied and delighted them that evening.
The friends went on to purchase vineyards and have wines made on site, following their own chosen methods. The vineyards are located in the Pyrénées-Orientales department, between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of Corbières, Canigou and Albères, as well as in Limoux, Maury and Tautavel.
