Deze witte wijn is fonkelend en strogeel van kleur. In de neus ontwikkelen zich pittige aroma's van gele bloemen, vanille en linde. De mond doet niet onder voor deze pittige, evenwichtige aroma's met in de finale een mooie lange afdronk. Na wat evolutie is het duidelijk te merken dat deze wijn geproduceerd is op een vulkanische ondergrond.

About Dom. Le Bosc
The vineyards of the Du Bosc estate cover an area of ??80 hectares. The wines are grown on a volcanic and peaty subsurface in the d'Agde region, a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea. The substrate is always fully plowed and organically improved, but with respect for the environment. The average yield is 60hl / ha.
