White wine | Italy | 2024
The wine has a brilliant and intense yellow color. In the nose a typical aroma of white fruit (pear) and exotic fruits (mango, passion fruit), balsamic herbs and spices, and a hint of honey. A balanced taste, medium-bodied and elegant with good acids and somewhat mineral touch.

About Tenuta Secolo IX

This wine comes from the Abruzzo region in eastern Italy. About 40 km from the coastal city of Pescara lies the Casauria area. The 20-hectare vineyard of Tenuta Secolo IX is located near the Gran Sasso mountain range and the Majella National Park. In addition to producing high-quality wines, the estate aims to create authentic wines from Abruzzo. Their masterpiece is the sweet Moscato di Castiglione a Casauria. This original variety, dating back to the end of the 17th century, is now cultivated on the estate together with three other indigenous varieties: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, and Pecorino.
