Vinification
The grapes are carefully harvested from the vineyards surrounding the estate, in the rolling hills of Valtenesi, west of Lake Garda. After a very short maceration, the grapes undergo gentle pressing, followed by fermentation. The wine is then aged, with 80% maturing for 4 months in cement vats and 20% for 3 months in ceramic ageing vessels (Clayvers).

The family’s winemaking tradition began in South Tyrol, in Terlano, and has since extended to the gentle hills of the Riviera Gardesana. The winery focuses on producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique characteristics of the region’s terroir.
