The freshness and savory character are perfectly balanced, giving this white wine a full structure, combined with velvety elegance and delicate finesse. The fruit and freshness provide a long finish.

Vinification
The vineyard is located on a steep slope, near Terlano, at an altitude of 400 meters. This region is ideal for Sauvignon Blanc, with plenty of sunshine and large temperature differences between day and night.
The harvest is done by hand, and only the best, ripest grapes are selected. After pressing and fermentation, the wine matures for 8 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by 6 months of bottle aging.

Conti Thun is a family-owned boutique winery located in the Valtènesi, near the western shore of Lake Garda. The family’s winemaking tradition began in South Tyrol, in Terlano, and has since extended to the gentle hills of the Riviera Gardesana. The winery focuses on producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique characteristics of the region’s terroir.
