The grapes are carefully harvested from the vineyards surrounding the estate, in the rolling hills of Valtenesi, west of Lake Garda. Following fermentation and gentle extraction, the wine is pressed and aged for one year in stainless steel tanks. This ageing process preserves the wine’s freshness and vibrant fruit character.

Conti Thun is a family-owned boutique winery located in the Valtènesi, near the western shore of Lake Garda. The family’s winemaking tradition began in South Tyrol, in Terlano, and has since extended to the gentle hills of the Riviera Gardesana.
