Manuele pluk, meestal van half tot eind augustus.Alle druiven komen van de Plat del Moli wijngaard. De druiven worden dan enkele dagen gekoeld aan een temperatuur tussen de 2° en 4°C. Met een zachte persing van hele druiventrossen komen ze aan een extractie van 40%. De fermentatie gebeurt aan een temperatuur van 14°C.
Een deel van het druivensap wordt gefermenteerd in 300-liter eiken vaten. De wijn rijpt 18 maanden sur lie, en dan nog 24 maanden in de fles vooraleer gecommercialiseerd te worden.

The domain, which belongs to the Porcioles-Biuxo family, is located in the Noguera region, which belongs to the
DO Costers del Segre. This is an appellation situated along the river Segre in the northwest of Cataluña. The "Segre" is one of the most important tributaries of the Ebro, which originates in the French Pyrenees and flows into the Catalan province of Lleida. It is a very large domain with an area of ??700 ha of which 71 ha is used for viticulture.
