Bright lemon-yellow in colour with a subtle green hue. The wine displays a phenomenal aromatic intensity, combining delicate floral aromas of blossom with fruity notes of green apple, pear, orange zest and grapefruit. Fresh yet full-bodied on the palate, it develops seamlessly into a long, savoury finish, enhanced by its ageing on the lees.

The 2016 vineyard has a southern orientation, facing the Mediterranean Sea, with a calcareous sedimentary soil. The grapes are hand-harvested in small 20 kg crates. Complete destemming is followed by a gentle, delicate crushing to preserve the most subtle flavours. Each individual plot is vinified separately, entirely in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by four months of ageing on the lees. The wine is produced entirely organically and is vegan-friendly.

About Torre del Veguer
The wine estate Torre del Veguer is situated in the Garraf massif, west of Sitges (Catalonia). Torre del Veguer encompasses a total of 15 hectares of vineyards, olive, and fruit trees, all cultivated and processed on the estate itself. Because the entire vineyard is located within a radius of less than 500 meters around the winery, the grapes can be processed almost immediately after harvest. This allows them to maintain the fruit in optimal conditions and produce the very best wines!
