Pale, straw yellow colour. In the nose, we discern a lemony fruitiness with only delicate traces of peat. Sweet attack with smoky notes and a long finish. Soft and pleasant mouthfeel with fresh acids and a perfect balance between salty sea air and sweet fruit. A complex balance of primary flavours and sweet vanilla.
