This cuvée is crafted from the harvest of over 10 different grape varieties interplanted in the same vineyard. Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, and a touch of Muskateller constitute the predominant blend. After hand harvesting, there is a 3-hour skin contact period. The vinification process takes place exclusively in stainless steel tanks.

About Julius Klein

The Klein family has been making wine since 1788. About 50 kilometers north of the Danube and Vienna lies the wine-growing region Weinviertel in the province of Nieder-Österrreich. With 18,000 hectares of vineyards, this is also the largest wine-growing region in Austria.
