Vinification
La Borry comes from small, limited fertile terraces of about 8 hectares, at an altitude that fluctuates between 550 and 660 meters above sea level, facing southeast. The vinification is partly (25%) in cask, partly (75%) in stainless steel, without malolactic fermentation.
