Domaine Gerard Fiou - Le Grand Roc | Sancerre | BIO

White wine | France, LOIRE | 2023
This wine has intense aromas of flint and vanilla, with riper notes from the wood ageing. It is harmonious and concentrated. On the palate, the powerful roundness of the wood interacts with the playful vivacity of the Sauvignon Blanc. It is a fresh wine with a rich yet delicate flavour that is ready to be aged.
