This wine has an intense bouquet of yellow fruit such as mango and peach, with delicate aromas of spices and nuts. The typical Sauvignon Blanc palette is structured and supplemented with some minerality. The perfect balance of acidity gives a boost to a long final. This is a full-bodied wine, very balanced with a large storage potential.

Vinification
The grapes were picked by hand during the last week of October. After a 24-hour maceration, the grapes were pressed and brought to large wooden barrels for fermentation and ripening. After fermentation with wild yeasts, the wine continues to mature for a year before being bottled.
