Successfully, but also somewhat unknown, the Sohler family makes a Crémant from the Riesling grape.
A pastel yellow wine with clear green-gold reflections and fine and abundant bubbles in the glass. The fruity finesse in the nose has a nice minerality and aromas of citrus, apple and mirabelle.
The liveliness on the palette gives a clean and elegant mouth with typical citrus aromas and a dry finish. The noble character of Riesling is beautifully reflected in this sparkling wine.

Deze schuimwijn is gemaakt volgens de Méthode Tradiononelle in de Côte Chalonnaise, het noorden van Bourgogne. Je ziet een briljant gele kleur en een mooie spiraal van fijne belletjes. In de neus krijgt men indrukken van elegant fruit. De mond wordt gekenmerkt door de volle smaak van de chardonnay gecombineerd met de frisheid van pinot noir en zijn fijne delicate bubbels. Hij is gemakkelijk te drinken als aperitief, maar de volheid van de chardonnaytoets maakt van deze schuimwijn ook een ideale begeleider van voorgerechten met schaaldieren.

The nose is very pure and fruity with a good depth – green apples and pears and a touch of citrus. There are notes of brioche from the time the wine spent on its lees. The palate is elegant and fruity, with a very nice level of acidity. There is a nice body, driven by the Pinot Noir. The mousse is very fine and smooth on the palate. If you prefer fresh primary fruit you should enjoy this crémant within 2 years from disgorgement. If you like more complexity and tertiary notes, you should wait 3 - 4 years.

A beautiful, yellow color and delicate sparkle. Intense nose of breadcrumb, grilled and buttery aromas. In finesse even some peach and apricot is released. A velvet attack, harmonious and balanced with impressions of again peach and almond. In the aftertaste this sparkling wine becomes dry and we have impressions of green apple. This Blanc de Blancs millésimé has been awarded Coup de Coeur several times.
